Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern your relationship with the operator of the website psk-uk.com and the associated Psk gaming interface (the "Website" and "Service"). These Terms are effective from 1 January 2026 and were last updated on 6 November 2025.
The Service is operated by Hattrick-PSK d.o.o., a Croatian limited liability company (d.o.o.) with its registered office at Sv. Leopolda Mandića 14, Dugopolje, Croatia ("we", "us", the "Operator"). Hattrick-PSK d.o.o. is part of the Fortuna Entertainment Group.
Hattrick-PSK d.o.o. holds an online gambling licence issued in the Republic of Croatia by the Ministry of Finance / Porezna uprava (Croatian Tax Administration) under licence reference UP/I-461-04/20-02/406, registry number 513-07-21-01-21-5, authorising the organisation of online games of chance within Croatia. The Operator does not hold any gambling licence issued by the UK Gambling Commission ("UKGC") and is not registered with the UK self-exclusion scheme GamStop and not covered by UK alternative dispute resolution ("ADR") bodies such as IBAS.
Accessing or using Psk via psk-uk.com from the United Kingdom places you in a grey-market position, meaning that you do not benefit from the UKGC regulatory framework, IBAS dispute mechanisms or UK-specific consumer protections that apply to UK-licensed operators. By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and that you accept this regulatory position.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and the Operator and govern your use of betting, gaming and related services offered through Psk on psk-uk.com. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not register, access or use the Service.

KYC and Verification
- Verification documents: We may at any time request identification and verification documents, including but not limited to copies of your passport or ID card, proof of address, payment method ownership evidence, and, where required, source-of-funds documentation.
- AML/CTF compliance: Verification is conducted to comply with Croatian AML/CTF laws and applicable EU/UK standards. Failure to provide requested information may result in Account suspension, restrictions on deposits/withdrawals or Account closure.
- Timing: We may, in particular, require successful completion of KYC before allowing withdrawals or certain levels of deposits. Verification may take several business days from the time we receive complete documentation.
Account Security and Obligations
- Login credentials: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and for restricting access to your devices. Any Bet placed via your Account credentials will be treated as placed by you.
- Unauthorised access: If you suspect that a third party has gained access to your Account, you must notify us immediately and change your password. We may temporarily suspend the Account while we investigate.

Placing and Accepting Bets

Cancellation, Errors and Malfunctions
- Player cancellations: Once a Bet has been accepted by our systems, you cannot cancel or amend it unless the relevant Game explicitly permits such action.
- Obvious errors: If a Bet is accepted at clearly incorrect odds, prices or terms (a "palpable error"), or if a Game has a manifest technical malfunction, we may declare the Bet void and refund the stake to your Real Money Balance.
- System failures: In the case of system or communication failures, including but not limited to server crashes, network interruptions or Game malfunctions, we will, where feasible, restore the Game state to the last known correct position. If this is not possible, we may void affected Bets and refund stakes.
- Third-party providers: Many Games are provided by third-party software suppliers. Their rules, random number generators and settlement decisions may be final and binding, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
Conduct in Live Casino and Chats
- Respectful behaviour: You must behave respectfully towards dealers, staff and other players. Abusive, discriminatory, threatening, obscene or harassing conduct is strictly prohibited.
- No collusion or cheating: You must not collude with other players, use bots or automated tools, exploit vulnerabilities, or otherwise attempt to manipulate Games or outcomes.
- No promotion or solicitation: Using chat or any interactive feature to promote other services, share personal contact details, or solicit funds is prohibited.
- Monitoring: Chats and live interactions may be monitored and recorded. We may mute, suspend or close Accounts for violations and may withhold funds where serious breaches or fraud are identified.
Responsible Gambling

- Tools and limits: Where available on psk-uk.com, you may set deposit limits, loss limits or time-based limits. Changes to limits may take effect immediately or after a cooling-off period, as indicated on the Website.
- Self-exclusion: You may request a self-exclusion directly with the Operator. Any such self-exclusion applies only to your Account with the Operator and does not extend to other operators. The Operator is not part of the UK GamStop scheme.

- Cancelled Bets or events: Where a Bet is voided or an event is cancelled in accordance with the applicable rules, we will normally refund the stake to your Real Money Balance or settle the Bet in accordance with the relevant Game rules.
Inactive and Closed Accounts
- Inactive Accounts: If your Account remains inactive for an extended period, we may classify it as dormant in accordance with our policies and applicable law. Any applicable fees or procedures for dormant Accounts will be disclosed on the Website.
- Balance on closure: When your Account is closed (by you or by us), we will, where legally and practically possible, return your Real Money Balance to you, subject to AML/CTF, verification and these Terms. Limitation of Liability

Our Obligations

Exclusions of Liability
- Technical issues: We are not liable for any loss, costs or damages arising from technical failures, interruptions, delays, system maintenance, network problems or third-party service failures (including internet providers or payment providers), except where caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
- Unauthorised use: We are not responsible for any Bet placed or activity undertaken using your Account credentials where you have failed to keep them secure or to notify us promptly of suspected misuse.
- Indirect loss: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business, data or goodwill.
Liability Cap
- Maximum compensation: Our total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with the Service (whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise) is limited, in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents, to the greater of: (i) the amount of the Bet or stake giving rise to the claim; or (ii) the amount of your Real Money Balance at the time of the incident.
- Mandatory rights: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Intellectual Property Rights

- Ownership: All intellectual property rights in and to the Website, the Psk interface, underlying software, databases, trademarks, logos, texts, graphics, audio-visual content and other materials are owned by the Operator or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.
- Limited licence: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Website and Service solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes and strictly in accordance with these Terms.
- Prohibited uses: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, transmit or otherwise exploit any part of the Website or software, except to the extent expressly permitted by law that cannot be excluded.
- No scraping or data mining: Automated access, scraping, data mining, or use of bots or scripts to interact with the Service is prohibited.
- Third-party content: Trade marks, logos and content belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners and may be used only with their permission.

Changes to Terms

Termination by You

Suspension and Termination by Us
- Grounds for suspension/closure: We may suspend or close your Account, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that:
- you are under 18 or otherwise ineligible;
- you are located in a prohibited jurisdiction or using circumvention tools (such as VPNs);
- you have provided false or misleading information;
- you have engaged in fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, manipulation of Games or other unlawful or improper conduct; or
- you have seriously or repeatedly breached these Terms.
- Effect of suspension: During suspension, you may be unable to place Bets, participate in promotions or withdraw funds. We may conduct investigations and request further documentation.
- Forfeiture: Where required by law or justified by serious breach (including fraud or criminal activity), we may void Bets, cancel Bonuses and confiscate funds, including winnings derived from prohibited conduct.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

- External dispute resolution: If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, you may, where applicable under Croatian law, escalate it to the competent body or court in Croatia, such as the Općinski sud (Municipal Court), or pursue any other dispute-resolution avenues available to you under applicable law.
